Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays. Note that orders made after 5pm will be processed the following business day.

Delivery times can vary depending on where you are. For Australian orders, standard delivery typically takes 2-10 business days. International delivery times range from 10-25 business days. Estimates can vary based on individual circumstances and global events affecting postal services.

Please note that some shipping methods don't include tracking but are there as a cheaper option. If you do decide to go ahead with this shipping method, we will not be able to track down or compensate for any items lost by the courier so selecting a method with tracking is highly advised. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
